Background: Pamela “Angel” Sanchez, 34, Lieutenant, was born and raised in Havana, Cuba, where she learned the importance of community and helping others. A gifted singer (her mother always meant she sang like an angel), she used her talent to raise funds for various charities throughout her youth. Pamela later moved to Miami, where she pursued a degree in social work. Struck by the systemic issues plaguing society, she joined the Zting Army, hoping to enact significant change through the Army Angels.
